Karen Field Rogers

Living in Sussex County for over 33 years, Karen provides a wealth of knowledge to the MoveToDE.com Team.

Karen enjoys Sussex County’s beaches and open spaces as well as having major cities within a 2-hour drive. Karen has 30 years of experience in the Delaware state government with the Budget Office, Office of Management and Budget, and Departments of Finance and Education.

She has also worked for Perdue Farms in Salisbury, Maryland. Karen’s financial, operational and management experience make her an excellent Operations Director for the MoveToDE.com team.

Karen has a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware and an MBA from George Washington University. Karen has 3 grown children: Kate, Megan, and Matt as well as two incredible grandchildren!
